Individual Therapy

Please note: A shared “No Secrets” framework is utilised to ensure transparency and safety for both partners throughout our work together.
NDIS Therapy
Dedicated to providing neuroaffirming, capacity-building support for NDIS participants. Sessions focus on developing functional skills, emotional regulation strategies, and fostering independence. Services are available for self-managed and plan-managed participants, ensuring tailored care that aligns with your specific NDIS goals.
